Mini card hype and VSG UPDATE!
Okay first of all I would like to thank you for being here and reading my blog posts. Words cannot express how much I appreciate your support.
Okay now enough with the mushy stuff…So first off an update on my surgery. I finally have a date…. (Drum roll please) Sept.11th.2017. Yes, I know when I heard this date I too was like umm…? I immediately asked her the first damn question that popped into my mind which was “Is this day open because no one wants to have surgery on this particular date??”. She and I both giggled and she said “That is a great question, but I am not sure. It may be a coincidence but I don’t have many people scheduled on this day though”.
I really asked this out of curiosity. After a long talk on the phone with my sissy in law, she did say something that was so true. This date was not always a bad one. She is right. I am okay with it. Plus, because I saw where I would be getting my surgery and it’s not as big as an actual hospital I am assuming there won’t be private rooms. I say this because if we all have to be passing gas and what not after surgery the fewer people in there the better.
So, surgery date is set. I have to start my pre-op diet on sept.4th.2017 and go in for my day long pre-op appointment on sept.7th.2017. I am super excited and I have a long list of things I must do before surgery.
Okay moving on. I noticed within the past month or two that the popularity of mini cards has like exploded. I made a ton of them yesterday to keep up with the trend. I must say after seeing the cute little note card with the itty-bitty envelope I fell in love. I will be posting packs of 10 to my shop. If interested I’ll leave a link below to my shop.
